Reality TV star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is in trouble with the law in Italy after allegedly hitting a police car.
The Jersey Shore regular was taken into custody in Florence on Monday after rear-ending a car escorting her and co-star Deena Nicole Cortese through the city.
The two stars are currently filming the fourth season of Jersey Shore on location in Italy.
Polizzi was not formally arrested.
A statement issued by Jersey Shore bosses at MTV reads, "Two Jersey Shore cast members were involved in a minor traffic accident. No alcohol was involved and no one was arrested."
