Spiritual Health ? 10 keys, mentally healthy

Our lifestyles are inherited from our parents and society, and then it takes a conscious effort to new beliefs and attitudes to food and its role in our lives to establish. Mental health is the relationship you have with your meal.

My goal for the health began over 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes was and why I have both the medical model for service and spiritual care for their studies.

One of the secrets in the not-so-hiddenCommunity mental health is the knowledge that the body defends itself against the daily processed foods, eat the most people.

It was through the consumption of food "raw" in juice, smoothies and salads that I lost two sizes. The weight seemed to literally disappear overnight if I cut the dairy products, meat and acidifying decided. Other side effects were fantastic, that my blood sugar to normal and I had more energy. One of the drawbacks is socializing and eating has become a minefield.

Key 5 - Drink more water! Your body is primarily water ? Water needs to function. You need water to think, and you, so give yourself the gift of water. Other drinks have tried to take his place, but you can not turn water into coffee, and expect to do the same work.

Key 6 - What speed you eat,decide to eat more slowly. Chew each bite has the stomach has no teeth. If the food is soft, even soups and drinks, they move around the mouth, such as a message to the stomach that food is on the right track.

Key 7 - Write down your health goals and take concrete measures to achieve every day.
