Miami always has to do things with flare.? And why not.? If you have a city blessed with natural beauty, why not make the most of it.? Last week, imposing, classically inspired new designs for the Port of Miami tunnel portals were unveiled for the public to see.? The bold designs have won praise and a key endorsement from a Miami-Dade County transportation committee.? Now comes the part that Miami is even better at:? ?creative financing? of public projects.?
