James Shramko - Internet Marketing, Team Building and Product ...

To hear the entire episode, go to: www.theredtentwoman.com.au James Schramko appreciates the little things in life. I've never actually heard him say that, but it is pretty evident in the life choices he has made. Working from home and for himself now allows James to see more of his family and even take his daughter to her horse riding sessions. But he wasn't always his own boss. James used to work for Mercedes managing dealerships. It was there that he was so successful in the internet marketing world, he realized he should be using his talents to make money for himself. It wasn't easy. He had to wean himself off of his "regular" day job. But after he got to the point where his bring-home pay from his own business met, and then exceeded, his take-home salary, James left Mercedes behind and has only looked forward since. His business ventures bring in over one millions dollars a year and he is always looking to see what he can add to that income flow and how he can utilise internet marketing techniques to make them flourish. James reveals about how he knows whether or not there is a market for a new product. Will it sell or will it be a flop? James also talks about outsourcing part of his work flow (a favorite topic of Ludwina's) and how he manages to answer most of his own emails. That's not to say he doesn't have the staff to do that for him, it's just that he provides the direct line for people to contact him if they deem it necessary. He believes that this sets him ?
